After this time, materials may already be in use and your order in progress.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer’s remorse, custom preferences, or delays caused by the postal service.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
